After signing up, caregivers complete their profile in 3 simple steps. This page explains the process and how you agree to our terms and consent to communications.
About You
Tell us about yourself; agree to and acknowledge our terms and confirm you're a caregiver. See exact agreement and acknowledgment language below.
This platform is only for caregivers, to help them find cases. You must confirm that you are a caregiver and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to proceed.
Provide your email and give consent for email communications. See exact consent language below.
Carelii use your email to send you caregiver application status updates, profile and account updates, onboarding notifications, and customer support purposes.
Phone & SMS
Provide your phone number and (optionally) agree to receive SMS and phone calls. See exact consent language for SMS and calls below.
If consent is provided Carelii use your phone number to send you text messages and call you for caregiver application status updates, profile and account updates, onboarding notifications, and customer support purposes.

Consent for email communication

I agree to receive email communication from Carelii or its representatives at the email address I provided.
Consent for SMS and phone communication
During caregiver profile completion, users are asked to provide a phone number as part of their profile information: Carelii offers an optional SMS messaging program that allows caregivers to receive account notifications and application updates. Providing consent to receive SMS messages is completely optional and is not required to create an account, complete a profile, or apply to agencies. Users who wish to receive SMS notifications must actively check the consent checkbox shown below:
