Carelii is a case marketplace platform that lets you browse and apply to open cases from multiple agencies. You build your own schedule; agencies contact you if they accept your application.
You're hired and paid by the agency you apply to. Carelii simply connects you with agencies and their available cases.
No. Carelii is free for caregivers—there are no subscription fees or hidden charges.
Requirements vary by state and agency, but generally you'll need: • A valid aide certification (e.g., Home Health Aide, PCA) • Government-issued ID • Completed health screening • Filled application and orientation • Background check clearance
Click "Join / Sign In", choose social sign-in (e.g. Google) or use your email or phone, then complete your profile in 3 simple steps. It takes just a few minutes. For sign-in/up steps and consents, Sign In/Up: how it works. For profile completion, Profile completion: how it works.
Once you find a case you like, click "Apply". Your application and profile get sent to the agency for review.
Agencies review your application and reach out directly if they'd like to interview or confirm details. You'll get notified via email and in-app.
You'll get push notifications, SMS (if opted in), and email alerts whenever new cases matching your filters become available.
Go to your profile settings to upload new certificates, change your availability, or update contact information at any time.
